Director of Standards and Assurance at the Leather Working Group (LWG)

Victoria is leading the development of the LWG Sustainability System, including standards for leather production and chain of custody, as well as LWG’s assurance framework.

She has over fifteen years’ experience in facilitating consensus-based standards development in complex multi-stakeholder environments. Since joining LWG in 2025 she has helped the organisation grow its capability to support brands and tanneries to meet changing consumer and regulatory demands for sustainable supply chains.
